Quality

Traceability, clarity and continuous improvement.

GeolabXP is developing its quality management system progressively, with attention to documented methods, sample traceability, internal checks and clear reporting.

Quality approach

Credibility must be built, not claimed.

GeolabXP does not need to overstate accreditation. The stronger message is honest and professional: methods are selected according to the sample, reports are reviewed, results are interpreted with care, and the system is continuously improved.

Formal accreditation is not claimed unless specifically stated on a signed report or certificate. References to standards are method or project references, not an accreditation claim.

1
Sample traceability
Clear sample identification and analytical objective.
2
Method documentation
Use of documented or project-agreed methods.
3
Internal checks
Controls, review and plausibility checks where applicable.
4
Clear reporting
Results, comments and interpretation presented for decision-making.
